This Refund Policy explains when refunds may apply to DailyGamePost Pass purchases on dailygamepost.com. It works together with our Terms of Service.
1. Digital subscription
DailyGamePost Pass is a digital subscription. Access and benefits typically begin as soon as payment succeeds. Because delivery is digital, refunds are limited as described below.
2. Cooling-off / change of mind
If you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase and have not meaningfully used Pass benefits (for example redeeming a free-game code or consuming exclusive early-access content), you may request a full refund of that first charge. After meaningful use, or after 14 days, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available.
3. Renewals
Recurring renewal charges are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or where we choose to issue a courtesy refund. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid the following charge.
4. Billing errors and duplicates
If you were charged in error, charged twice for the same period, or charged after a confirmed cancellation that should have stopped renewals, contact us promptly. We will investigate and refund verified mistakes.
5. Service not delivered
If payment succeeded but Pass access or core promised benefits fail for reasons within our control, and we cannot restore them within a reasonable time, you may request a refund or credit for the affected period.
6. Free games and third-party offers
Keys, codes, and store offers delivered as Pass benefits are generally non-refundable once revealed or redeemed. Issues with Steam, Epic, consoles, or other stores must be handled with those platforms under their rules.
7. How to request a refund
Email us from the address used at checkout, include the approximate purchase date, last four digits of the card if known, and a short reason. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method via Stripe and may take several days to appear on your statement.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can help resolve the issue. Unfounded chargebacks may result in suspension of Pass access.
9. Local law
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Where local law requires a broader refund right, that law prevails.
